The Texas Police Association, in partnership with Capstar Financial and Spanish Oaks Golf Club, invites you to the “We’ve Got Your Back” Charity Golf Tournament on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in the Austin area.
Every day, Texas first responders put themselves in harm’s way to protect our communities. While they answer the call without hesitation, many carry the lasting emotional effects of traumatic incidents, critical events, and the daily demands of public safety, effects that can show up as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges that often go unseen.
The “We’ve Got Your Back” initiative provides first responders with mental wellness resources, resilience training, leadership development, crisis response education, and other essential professional training that helps them stay healthy, effective, and prepared to serve. Recent events, including the anniversaries of the Uvalde school tragedy and this year’s devastating Texas Fourth of July floods, are a reminder of the toll placed on those who respond when others need them most.
Every dollar raised at this tournament goes directly to these programs, giving Texas law enforcement officers and first responders access to the training, education, and support they deserve.
