How can you survive a close-quarter confrontation in places such as a motel room, restaurant, office setting or in a car? This course teaches: use of improvised weaponry, use of plain clothing such as your shirt or belt for self-defense, close-quarter stunning methods, escapes from bear hugs, chokes, and from other confined scenarios.
