Keith Fletcher began his law enforcement career at the Marshall Police Department April 17, 1983. He rose through the ranks serving in the Patrol and Criminal Investigation Divisions. During his career, he attended and graduated from the first class of the Law Enforcement Management Institute in 1990 and the 211th Session of the FBI National Academy in December 2002. He holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Panola Junior College and a Bachelor of Business Management from Letourneau University. He retired from MPD on July 31, 2003.
Keith Fletcher currently is employed by Austin Bank as Vice President of Security. He also holds a dual commission with the Harrison and Gregg County District Attorney Office’s.
